What is Getgems?
Getgems is an NFT marketplace built on The Open Network blockchain.
To start using the website, all you need to do is connect your wallet — and that’s it. You’ll have all of the marketplace’s functionalities at your fingertips — buying, selling, minting, and transferring single NFTs or entire collections. If you’re more of an observer, there’s plenty of NFT beauty on the marketplace to admire!

What is Ton?
TON is a blockchain ecosystem created from the ground up to make digital life easier. If you’re an NFT artist or a collector, TON is the deal tool for you thanks to its high performance and low transaction fees. And it’s eco-friendly. Go team trees!
It was originally founded by the Durov brothers, the founders of Telegram Messenger. Nowadays, TON is governed and being developed by the TON Foundation, an independent community of crypto enthusiasts.
TON has its own cryptocurrency. It’s called Toncoin.
What is an NFT?
In general, an NFT, or nonfungible token, is a digital contract, a “marker,” that indicates who owns a digital asset and who is its creator. This contract is stored on the blockchain.
There are many different ways to use this concept and technology. For instance, you can create digital art and sell it. Sometimes, creators combine art and utility. Some NFTs work as tickets to a private club; some can be a digital assent within a game; some work as a proof of ownership for things in the real world.
What is a crypto wallet?
Crypto wallets play the same role as regular wallets where you keep cards and cash. But in a crypto wallet, you can store your NFTs and Toncoin and use it to send and receive TON.
Also, wallets are used to work with projects on the blockchain — e.g., Getgems. Basically, you need a wallet to log in to the platform to mint, sell, and buy NFTs. Don’t worry, we don’t have access to your funds.
There are a number of wallets on TON. We recommend trying Tonkeeper or Tonhub.
How to buy Toncoins?
You can buy Toncoin with a credit or debit card in the Tonkeeper app via the Mercuryo or NeoCrypto services.
